Bruce Farmer has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Bruce began their career in 2001 as the CEO & Coach/Mentor at Conscere, where they provided analytical, business development, consulting and coaching services to IT companies. In the same year, they became President & CEO of UpStart Internet, a Linux based Web Hosting and Corporate Email provider. In 2007, they joined Neoscope as CIO, an enterprise security focused IT services company. In 2008, they became CEO & Managing Consultant at UpStart Networks, a company providing IT consulting, project management and managed services to manufacturers in the packaging industry. In 2009, they took on the role of Technical Project Manager at O'Hare & Midway International Airports (Chicago Department of Aviation) and also became President & CEO of both Blackhawk Resources Inc. and US Terra Energy Corporation. In 2010, they added the role of President & CEO of Alisarda Explorations Ltd. to their portfolio. In 2012, they became President & CEO of UpStart Office / UpStart Corporate Services. Finally, in 2013, they took on the role of President, CEO & CIO at a Stealth Mode Energy Startup.

Bruce Farmer's education history includes attending Vancouver College from 1985 to 1987, LCHS from 1987 to 1990, and Vancouver Community College (VCC) from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Information Technology.
