Mark Strawn

VP of Hardware at NeoSensory

Mark Strawn is the current Vice President of Hardware at NeoSensory. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Product Program Management at Fitbit from November 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, developing and leading a Hardware Engineering Program Management team responsible for executing all Fitbit products. Mark also helped develop processes and metrics to optimize execution speed and performance, and led teams through the development process.

Before their time at Fitbit, Strawn served as the Director of Mechanics in San Diego for Microsoft/Nokia from October 2006 to November 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in developing innovative mechanical solutions for mobile devices. Mark also oversaw the manufacture and assembly of these devices, and worked with suppliers to ensure quality control.

Throughout their career, Strawn has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams through complex product development processes. Mark has also been instrumental in developing processes and metrics to optimize execution speed and performance. Their experience in both hardware and software development makes him uniquely qualified to lead NeoSensory’s hardware team.
