Vincent Carpentier

Vincent Carpentier, P.Eng. CLA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as the President of PVI Systems, Inc. since January 2025, and maintaining the role of President and Owner at Neosoft Technologies, which specializes in custom software and electronics solutions for energy, aerospace, defense, electro-optic, and communications markets since February 2013. Prior to these roles, Vincent held several positions at National Instruments from January 2006 to February 2013, including Business Development Manager and District Sales Manager, driving the adoption of Modular Instruments across Canada. Earlier experience includes software development roles at Mediatrix Telecom Inc., VIASAT GeoTechnologies, and Ericsson Canada. Vincent's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and various professional development programs from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Business School Publishing and Miller-Heiman.
