In 2016, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 8) in Business Enterprise from Southern Institute of Technology. Ishara also has several certifications, including a Retail Certificate in "Customer Service" from PAK'nSAVE in 2018, a Retail Certificate in "Loss Prevention" from PAK'nSAVE in 2016, a Certificate in "Customer Service" from JAYKAY MARKETING SERVICES (PVT.) LIMITED in 2014, and a Certificate in "Customer Service" at Service Masters Training Programme & Service Blue Print Workshop from 3W Consulting Pvt Ltd. in 2014.
