Matt Lautz is the CEO and Founder of Neostella, a company that specializes in data-driven shipping insurance. Matt has over 10 years of experience in the shipping industry, with a focus on technology and data. Prior to Neostella, they were the CIO of Novation Companies, a position they held for four years. Matt also co-founded Rondo Ventures LLC, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies.
