Melissa Acosta is a Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager at Neostella since December 2021, where responsibilities include transforming data into actionable insights and managing data retrieval and analysis using various techniques. Prior to this, at Chazey Partners from June 2020 to December 2021, Melissa served as an Operations Analyst for LATAM, overseeing operations across multiple domains, and as a Business Process Analyst focused on process automation and integration. Earlier experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Analyst at Falcon Farms Inc, where Melissa conducted product forecasting and developed support tools for supply planning. Melissa holds a Black Belt International Certification in Lean Six Sigma from Universidad EAFIT and earned a degree in Process Engineering from the same institution.
