Lobel Crnogorac

Lobel Crnogorac has over 20 years of experience in software development, management, and leadership roles. Lobel is currently serving as the Chief Integration Officer at Neota Logic Inc. Prior to this, Lobel was the CTO at QuestMetrics where they were responsible for the development and architecture of innovative software products and consulting services in the market research and customer engagement field. Lobel also worked as a Software Development Manager at Australian Unity, where they managed internal and external software development teams and ensured the timely delivery of quality software solutions. Before this, Lobel held the position of Product Development Manager at Enghouse Interactive, overseeing a cross-functional team and managing various projects in the IVR/Contact Centre market. Lobel also served as a Software Development Team Lead at Symbian and led a team of software developers in the embedded development of smart mobile phones. Prior to that, Lobel worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Insureware and IBM Global Services Australia. Lobel was involved in the development of statistical packages and database projects, acting as a bridge between development and testing teams. Lobel began their career as a Software Development Team Lead at Adacel, where they played a crucial role in implementing the GSM standard for a satellite mobile phone system. Lobel Crnogorac pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, Lobel completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the same university, studying from 1991 to 1994. Lobel attended Monash Secondary College for high school education from 1989 to 1990 and earlier studied at MIOC, Zagreb from 1987 to 1989. Additionally, Lobel obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in September 2020.
