Shaz Aziz

Shaz Aziz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2016 to 2019, Shaz worked as an Associate in the Corporate department at Herbert Smith Freehills. In 2018, Shaz transitioned to the role of Legal Counsel at Man Group, where they worked until 2019. Shaz then joined Neota in 2019 and held various positions, including Client Solutions & Engagement and Director, Markets & Growth EMEA. In these roles, Shaz successfully built the organization's first formal sales function in the region, achieved a significant increase in recurring revenue, and managed the sales cycle for multiple large organizations. In 2022, Shaz took on the role of Senior Director, Client Solutions and Consulting at Neota, where they led pre-sales consulting and engineering efforts in EMEA and focused on enhancing customer experience. Additionally, Shaz served as the Data Protection Officer at Neota. Prior to Neota, Shaz worked as a Senior Programme Director at Debate Mate from 2014 to 2015.

Shaz Aziz has a degree in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). They also obtained a LPC (Legal Practice Course) degree in Law from BPP Law School. In addition, Shaz Aziz is certified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This certification was obtained in September 2018.
