Baljit Sandhu

Baljit Sandhu is the current General Manager in Fremont, California at NEOTech. Prior to this position, Baljit was the Sr. Quality Engineering Manager at Brocade Communications from September 2009 to December 2011. There, they were responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) processes and tools. This included establishing short and Long-term Quality Management System strategic plans and objectives, as well as defining, developing and implementing product, process quality and reliability performance metrics at the Operations and Corporate level.

Before Brocade Communications, Baljit was the Director of Quality and New Product Introduction at Occam Networks from January 2006 to December 2008. There they managed Engineering, Quality Program Managers and Configuration Control Analysts responsible for driving and delivering product, processes, continuous improvement programs, maintaining ISO 9001 certification, quality reports and data analysis tools for Engineering, Operations and Service.

Baljit's other positions include World Wide Operations, Product Line Director at Sun Microsystems from January 2008 to December 2009 and Senior Product Manager at Sun Microsystems from January 1991 to December 2006.

Baljit Sandhu received a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
