Chad Burdick CCP, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing. Currently serving as General Manager in the Aerospace & Defense Division at NEOTech since October 2022, Chad previously held leadership roles such as Director of Manufacturing at CardioFocus and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Cogmedix. Chad is also an established Certified Life/Executive Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation since December 2019. An accomplished touring country music artist from 2000 to 2015, Chad has shared the stage with numerous music legends. Chad's foundational experience includes serving as an Avionics Technician for the United States Air Force, complemented by an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a BBA from Nichols College.
