Debbie Peck

Debbie Peck has a wealth of experience in the design industry, starting their career as a Designer at Winston Advertising in 1999. Debbie then worked as a Senior Designer at Thompson Design Group from 2000 to 2004. Moving on, they joined Bath & Body Works as a Senior Package Designer in 2004 and later became the Design Manager from 2005 to 2010, overseeing various sub-brands. Debbie then became the Director of Global Creative at Ralph Lauren Fragrances, L'Oréal, from 2010 to 2012, where they played a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all creative channels. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Art Director for graphic and package design projects from 2012 to 2017. Most recently, Debbie has been the Art Director at NEOVA® SmartSkincare since 2017, handling all aspects of graphic, packaging, and digital design for their brands.

Debbie Peck obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from San Jose State University between the years 1995 and 1999.
