Amanda Sheldon

Amanda Sheldon is the Vice President of People and Culture at Neovance, where they lead initiatives in human resources specifically focused on the recent divestiture of Patient Access and Endpoint Clinical businesses. Previously, Amanda held multiple roles including Associate Director and Senior Compensation Partner at PPD, where they drove HR transformation initiatives and developed talent analytics dashboards. They began their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Marine Corps Community Services, implementing recruitment strategies and programs to support military service members. Amanda also served as a Lead Speech Consultant at the University of Mary Washington, facilitating professional development workshops. They earned a degree from the University of Mary Washington, graduating cum laude in 2010.
