Flávio Pimentel

Flávio Pimentel is the CEO of Neowrk, a spin-off from CI&T focused on transforming the work experience and enhancing workplace management. With experience at CI&T as the Head of Smart Workplace Solutions and IoT, Flávio's mission is to improve benefits through research, development, and innovation for clients and partners. As the founder of Empório do Nordeste, Flávio developed corporate and operational strategies. Additionally, Flávio has previous experience as a Senior Business Manager at CESAR, Director and co-founder at WISER, and as a Technical Analyst at ProTeM-CC. Flávio holds an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from FGV and a Master's degree in Computer Science from UFPE, among other academic achievements.
