Boukhmis Attar

Boukhmis Attar serves as Directeur des systèmes d'information at NeoXam since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in IT management from previous roles. At Euronext, Boukhmis held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Group Production Services, where responsibility encompassed the support and maintenance of trading platforms for high-profile clients and MENA stock exchanges, leading a team of 60 FTE with a budget of €4M. Boukhmis also directed service management and IT operations with a team of 75 FTE and was involved in critical projects related to service improvement and the Euronext separation program. Prior experience includes managing global change management activities at NYSE Euronext and overseeing network services and operations management at other organizations. Boukhmis Attar is educated at Université Paris 13 and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
