Daan Berghmans is a skilled Broadcast IT Engineer with a wealth of experience in the industry. Currently working at NEP The Netherlands, Daan has expertise in Playout Automation systems, providing support for various clients such as NPO, Ziggo Sport, Eurosport, FOX Sports, and more. With a solid background in managing playout/VOD systems for national broadcasters like NPO and FOX NL during their time at Ericsson, as well as valuable experience at other media companies like MediaServices, T36 Media, and RTV Maastricht, Daan is a dedicated professional in the field. Daan's education in Communication & Multimedia Design from Zuyd University, along with various technical training courses, has equipped him with the skills needed to excel in the broadcast engineering space.
