Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan

Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) since March 2011, where the establishment of a sustainable clearing house focused on payment and settlement infrastructures in Nepal has been successfully achieved. Prior to NCHL, Neelesh held the position of Assistant Vice President - IT at TAIB Bank B.S.C. (c), managing significant banking application implementations and overseeing core banking support activities. Neelesh also served as a Banking System Manager, supervising teams for core banking and securities trading systems. Earlier experience includes working at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer involved in the design and development of investment banking products, as well as a lecturer role at Kathmandu University. Neelesh holds an MBA in IT and Operations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University, along with a PMP certification in Project Management.
