Ravi Gautam is an experienced program manager and project management consultant with a strong background in designing and implementing projects in the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as the Program Manager at the Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology since May 2013, Ravi oversees clinical services, research, and outreach efforts. Concurrently, as a Project Management Consultant at Rising Nepal Pvt Ltd since January 2018, responsibilities include project planning and management training.
