Judy Murphy

Judy Murphy serves as a Partner and Chief Human Resources Officer at NEPC, LLC, a role held since May 2009 after initially consulting on strategic human resources initiatives. With extensive experience in human resources, Judy's previous positions include Proprietor and Senior Human Resources Consultant at Berkshire HR Consulting Services, and Managing Director of Human Resources at Investors Bank & Trust Company, where Judy oversaw global HR functions for 2,800 employees. Judy began an HR career at Fidelity Investments, working in various leadership roles for over a decade. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree, Cum Laude, in English from Providence College.
