Miles Fuller is the CEO, Executive Chairman, and Owner of NEPEAN, leading the company since 2007 and having structured its businesses under a unified global brand with a decentralized operational model. Fuller's extensive experience includes the successful acquisition and turnaround of PROK, ROXON, and GURTEC, alongside founding Alpine Bulk Materials Handling. Prior to NEPEAN, Fuller founded Vehicle Inspection Systems, introducing innovative products in the transport sector. Fuller's education includes executive training at Harvard Business School and various aviation licenses, along with degrees from Western Sydney University and other institutions. A member of YPO, Fuller is recognized for strategic leadership and innovation across multiple industries.

NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation is the founding division inside NEPEAN™. Over 45 years of hard work and dedication NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation is now Australia’s largest privately owned full engineering service provider. NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation provides technical excellence and innovation, offering a full engineering service to the mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, scientific, defence, automotive and agricultural sectors. Engineering operations include custom design and construction of special purpose machinery, complex machining & precision tool making, laser cutting, heavy and light metal fabrication, sheet metal, shot blasting, painting and powder coat finishing. Operations are supported by extensive design facilities with state-of-the-art machinery, with all products manufactured under a quality assurance system complying with ISO 9001:2015. We have one of the largest and most comprehensive engineering facilities in Australia with over 50,000 square metres at our Narellan site in South West Sydney. Our workforce of over 150 employees can deliver nearly three quarters of a million productive hours per annum. With over 45 years of on the job training and skills development at NEPEAN Engineering and Innovation, our employees’ contribution has always been highly valued and we have a long and proud history of training apprentices.
