Kylie Karley is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at NephCure Kidney International. Previously, Kylie has experience as a news reporter/anchor at WBOC-TV, a news intern at NBC News, and various roles at Temple University Television and other organizations. Kylie has a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Temple University. Kylie is responsible for managing social media, creating content for websites, writing articles, conducting interviews, event photography, and video editing for public distribution.

NephCure is squarely focused on nephrotic syndrome, FSGS, IgAN, and other rare, protein-spilling kidney diseases. NephCure acts as the connector amongst patients and families, healthcare providers, government agencies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders, while also guiding patients to the best care and treatment options possible. NephCure is a U.S. tax exempt 501 (c)(3) public charity established in 2000.
