Dylan Lott

Dylan Lott is a seasoned professional in data analytics and portfolio design, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Nephila Advisors LLC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at HealthStream from August 2015 to July 2021, where contributions included engineering and maintaining data-focused software products for Workforce Development Solutions, as well as managing innovative research programs as Program & Data Manager for Living Labs. Dylan also held a position as Special Projects Consultant at The University of Alabama and has a solid academic background with a Master of Science in Applied Statistics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Statistics, and Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from The University of Alabama.
