Debbie Parilla

Debbie Parilla, RN, MSN, currently serves as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Nephrology Associates Northern Illinois/Indiana since October 2022, previously holding the position of Manager of Value Based Care and Regulatory. Prior to this role, Debbie was a Clinical Specialist RN at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital from February 2022 to October 2022 and served as the Manager of Transplant Quality and Regulatory at Loyola Medicine from September 2020 to February 2022. Debbie's tenure at Loyola University Medical Center from 2010 to September 2020 included roles as Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist for Transplant and Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist, as well as a Documentation Specialist and Registered Nurse. Additionally, Debbie worked as a School Nurse at St. Vincent's School from September 2013 to May 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Nursing Policy from Chamberlain University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
