Shane Sullivan has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Shane began their career in sales and management at Nordstrom, where they worked for ten years. Following this, they joined ADP as a Sales representative before transitioning to Getinge - (MDT) Castle as a Life Science Specialist, where they focused on building and managing the Life Science and research market. Shane then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Western Regional Sales Manager, responsible for planning and executing regional sales programs and leading a team of sales representatives. After over a decade at Thermo Fisher Scientific, they moved on to Saxton Bradley, Inc as the California Sales Manager & Laboratory Specialist, where they led a team of sales managers and staff and provided technical product support. Prior to their current role, Shane briefly worked at Green Halo Systems as a Business Development executive. Currently, Shane Sullivan is the Vice President of Sales at Nephros, Inc., a global medical device company specializing in liquid purification filters.

Shane Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California between 1989 and 1993.
