Minnie Sarwal has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Minnie is a Professor in Residence at the University of California, San Francisco since 2014, where they also serve as the Director and Principal Investigator of the Precision Transplant Lab. Minnie'sresearch in kidney disease and organ transplantation has been continuously funded by NIH since 1996. Minnie is also the Medical Director of the Kidney Pancreas Transplant Program at UCSF.

In addition, Sarwal is a Board Member at the Houston Methodist Translational Research Institute, where they support translational and clinically oriented research. Minnie is a Founding Member of the organization 32 Cents. Sarwal founded Nephrosant, Inc. in 2017 and serves as the Founder.
