Kinshu Jain

Kinshu Jain serves as the HR Business Partner for NEPRA's Shared Services Unit since December 2022, managing a workforce of approximately 80 employees and overseeing the entire Employee Lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to NEPRA, Kinshu held the position of Consultant in Learning and Development at Tata Consumer Products, where the global learning agenda was driven and organizational training was designed and executed. Kinshu also has experience as a Business Development Officer at LD Capital Bridge to USA, focusing on EB-5 Visa applicant relations, and as an Executive at YUVA Unstoppable, where team performance and talent acquisition processes were managed. Academically, Kinshu holds a P.G.D.M. in Human Resources from SIES College of Management Studies and a BA in Journalism and Communication from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, alongside participation in a University Student Exchange Program at Queensland University of Technology.
