Giovanni Zoccoli

Giovanni Zoccoli is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Asset Manager Associate at ARECneprix since July 2023, Giovanni has previously held positions at Phoenix Asset Management S.p.A. and Polis Fondi SGR p.A., gaining expertise as an Asset & Property Manager and an Asset Manager, among other roles. Giovanni's background also includes project management experience from Manutencoop Facility Management and an early internship at Comune di Limbiate. Academically, Giovanni holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and is equipped with degrees in Building Engineering/Architecture and Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano.
