Shiraz Khan

Shiraz Khan is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, specializing in plastics extrusion, injection molding, compounding, and recycling. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Neproplast since June 2015, Shiraz previously held the role of Industrial Engineering Manager at the same company, focusing on operational excellence from February 2012 to January 2015. Prior to that, Shiraz contributed to process and productivity improvement at Capita from March 2004 to January 2012. Academic credentials include an MSc in Engineering/Industrial Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company.
