Luis I. Melgares

Luis I. Melgares has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the HVAC controls and building automation industry. Luis I. has a passion for humidity management and electric heating and has consistently achieved remarkable annual growth for the companies they have worked with. Luis has a background in electrical and mechanical engineering as well as a degree in political science, giving him a unique perspective in navigating the market landscape and understanding international relations. Luis I. has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Neptronic, Regional Sales Manager/Business Development/OEM Accounts at Neptronic, and Director of Business Development at Strato Automation. Luis I. has also worked at BBP Energies, Hepburn Controls, RMS Electrique, Distech Controls, and Neptronic in different business development positions.

Luis I. Melgares obtained a Certificat in Political Science from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they studied Business Management at Cégep Lionel-Groulx from 2004 to 2005. Luis I. also pursued Building Engineering at Collège Ahunstic/Vanier College from 2002 to 2004, earning a CEC degree. Earlier in their education, they completed a DEP-ASP in Specialized Automation Electrical at CFP Montreal from 1989 to 1991.
