Marcin Kierski

Marcin Kierski is a Senior Frontend Engineer at neptune.ai. Marcin has over 9 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on frontend engineering and data science product development.

Marcin started their career as a PHP programmer and HelpDesk at Microservice in Warsaw. Marcin then moved to Orange as a Junior Web Application Specialist. After a year at Orange, they joined Samsung Electronics R&D Poland as a Software Engineer. After 4 years at Samsung, they joined Maxymiser as Lead Developer / Technical Leader. Marcin then moved to deepsense.ai as Technical Lead, where they led the frontend engineering team and developed data science and machine learning products.

Marcin has a wealth of experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and designing architecture for extensions to product APIs. Marcin has also successfully implemented new workflow processes based on gitlab collaboration tool, and has conducted day to day workflow improvements within dev teams and businesses. In addition, Marcin has conducted technical face to face and phone interviews, provided technical analysis and estimation of future projects, and trained clients and developers.

Marcin Kierski has a Bachelor's degree in Management of systems and computer networks from the Warszawska Szkoła Zarządzania - Szkoła Wyższa. Marcin also has a degree from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
