Jane Lin

Jane Lin is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in web application development and software engineering across various sectors. Currently employed at Neptune and Company, Inc. since August 2015, Jane contributes to environmental science decision-making through web applications. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development at DarklingX, LLC, overseeing business and product development while also managing Mac OS X software development. Jane has held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at DarklingX, LLC, and has a background in educational software engineering at Sunburst Communications and DigitalFacades. In addition to technical roles, Jane has been involved in community initiatives, advising on creative district matters and facilitating poetry gatherings at local libraries. Jane holds a BA and BS in English with a Creative Writing Emphasis and Computer Science from Stanford University, as well as an MFA in Creative Writing - Poetry from New York University.
