Shannon Gray

Shannon Gray is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Representative at Neptune Flood Insurance since February 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Operations Coordinator and Attractions Cast Member, as well as participation in various college programs.
