Erik Boon is an experienced project manager with a strong background in production management and naval architecture. Currently serving as a project manager at Neptune Marine since June 2022, Erik previously held positions at VLT - Van Leeuwen Test Systems bv as a production manager and at Bayards Aluminium Constructies BV, where responsibilities included overseeing production, engineering, and work preparation for large aluminium constructions. Erik's extensive experience at Royal IHC spanned multiple roles, culminating in the position of general manager of production with comprehensive oversight of various departments. Earlier experience includes project management at Engelaer Scheepsbouw, focusing on steel and aluminium vessels. Erik holds a bachelor's degree in naval architecture from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has also studied mechanical engineering at Versfelt Ghijsen College and maritime engineering at Hogeschool Haarlem.
