Spencer Pieczonka

Spencer Pieczonka is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in sustainability and waste management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Neptune Nanotechnologies Inc., Spencer is involved in promoting innovative bio-based additives derived from crustacean shell waste for the pulp and paper packaging and epoxy industries. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at ReGreen Consulting, focusing on zero-waste solutions, and Account Manager at TerraCycle, where Spencer worked with major consumer brands to enhance recycling efforts. As the Founder and CEO of Reused Plastic, Spencer successfully diverted plastic waste into recycled goods before the merger with Recircle Waste Management Solutions. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Saint Mary's University and recognition as a Fellow from Venture for Canada, Spencer has demonstrated a commitment to leveraging business operations for environmental sustainability.
