Michael Ware

Michael Ware is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics across various industries. Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Operations, Procurement and Logistics Officer at Neptune Retail Solutions, Michael oversees critical operational functions in a $750 million retail merchandising company. Previous roles include Vice President of Manufacturing at Affinity Chemical LLC, Executive Vice President and Chief Value Chain Officer at Zep Inc., and General Manager at Rio Tinto (Kennecott Utah Copper). Michael's career also features several leadership positions at General Chemical LLC, where responsibilities included P&L oversight and strategic manufacturing initiatives. Michael holds a dual major degree in Industrial and Environmental Hygiene, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Industrial and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
