Rahul Isaac

Rahul Isaac began their work experience in 2014 as a Management Trainee at SoftAge Information Technology Limited. In 2016, they became a Graduate Assistant at Sacred Heart University, where they provided technical support for hardware and software issues, resolved classroom projector issues, and managed print servers. In 2018, Rahul joined News America Marketing as a Business Analyst before transitioning to the role of Application Support Engineer in 2019.

Rahul Isaac graduated with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University in the year 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Rahul also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2023. Furthermore, they obtained the certification "1Z0-962 Oracle Financials Cloud Receivables Implementation Essentials" from Oracle in July 2018.
