Aida Sopa

Aida Sopa has held various roles in human resources and administration, starting as a Financial Aid Assistant at Texas Lutheran University. Aida has since worked their way up to Chief People Officer at Neptune Software. Aida has also been a Human Resources Coordinator at OXA Group and a Researcher at GAP Institute for advanced studies. With a Master of Science in Management in Leadership and Change from BI Norwegian Business School, and a background in finance and economics, Aida is well-versed in both people management and business operations.
