Don Turano

Don Turano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Neptune Technology Group since June 2025, Don previously held prominent positions at Ember Technologies, Inc., including President Consumer and Chief Commercial Officer from August 2023 to June 2025. Prior roles include Vice President Global Go to Market at Teledyne FLIR from November 2016 to August 2023, and several leadership positions at FLIR Systems, where responsibilities spanned global sales and marketing. Additionally, Don was President at Joseph Inc. from July 2014 to September 2016. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Georgia.
