Amanda E. Sutton has extensive experience in legal and nonprofit leadership roles. Since 2017, Amanda has served as Director on the Board of Directors for Healthy Horizons Foundation, a Canadian nonprofit focused on advancing health equity. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President & General Counsel at Trimac Transportation, Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary at The North West Company, and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Neptune Terminals. Additionally, Amanda held senior associate roles specializing in financial services and corporate law at McMillan LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Amanda also contributes to community initiatives as a Member of the Board of Trustees for United Way Winnipeg. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Calgary and a Juris Doctor from The University of British Columbia, along with calls to the bars in British Columbia and Alberta.
