Stacy Bell has extensive experience in environmental systems, waste water treatment, and utility operations. Currently working as an Environmental Systems Specialist at Neptune Terminals, Stacy previously held the role of Chief Operator WWTP at the District of Squamish. With a background in utility work at the District of West Vancouver and education from BCWWA and Capilano University, Stacy is well-versed in creating strategies and objectives for waste water treatment facilities.
