Hella R. is currently working as an Application Developer at Neptunus Group and as a Trainee at Stichting BEE-Ideas. Prior to these roles, Hella has experience in various social work positions at organizations such as OpMezelf, Mondriaan, LEVANTOgroep, Radar zorggroep, and Daelzicht. Hella completed their Master of Social Work degree at Zuyd Hogeschool with a focus on SP en GGZ. Additionally, Hella has a background in working with children at Alcander and as an allround medewerkster at MC de Heksenketel.
