Chantale LaCasse is the Chair of the Global Energy, Environment, and Network Industries Practice at NERA Economic Consulting. They previously held positions as an Associate Professor at the University of Alberta, University of Ottawa, and as a Visiting Professor at the University of Toronto. Their expertise includes teaching game theory, microeconomics, and conducting research on auctions, energy, and antitrust cases. Chantale provided advice on Canada's first spectrum auction while working at the Competition Bureau. They hold a Ph.D. in economics from Western University and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Ottawa.
