Nataliia Guzenko

Nataliia Guzenko is a consultant at NERA Economic Consulting. Prior to their current position, they worked as a consultant for international tax services and transfer pricing at EY from April 2016 to July 2018. There, they were responsible for transfer pricing analysis, preparation of TP documentation, industry and group analysis, transaction description and analysis, function and risks analysis of parties to the transaction, TP method selection, tested party selection, appropriate PLI selection, economic analysis, benchmarking study, market range calculation, and the application of adjustments. Nataliia also participated in APA's preparation processes and worked with databases such as Amadeus, Ruslana, Spark, and PowerK. From May 2015 to March 2016, they were the head of region branches at PJSC Crystalbank where they were responsible for budget planning of the region, meeting budget realization at the year end, dealing with all kinds of clients on the regular day-to-day basis and performing customers counseling, conducting and managing corporate crediting, and managing general sales processes in the branches of the region.

Nataliia Guzenko has a Master degree in finance from Kyiv National Economics University and they are currently working in the banking field.

They are on a team with Richard Hern - Managing Director, Sumanth Addanki - Managing Director, and Richard Druce - Managing Director. Nataliia Guzenko reports to Lawrence Wu, President.
