Vladimir Starkov has over fifteen years of experience in the economic consulting industry. Vladimir is currently the Director at NERA Economic Consulting, a leading global provider of economic analysis and policy advice. Prior to their current role, Vladimir served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at NERA Economic Consulting for nearly ten years.

Before joining NERA, Vladimir worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Associate from December 2000 to December 2003. At PwC, they provided economic analysis and advice to clients in the financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Vladimir has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Moscow State University and a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University. Vladimir is also proficient in Russian and English.

Vladimir Starkov has a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Ph.D. in Economics from West Virginia University, and a Diploma with Honors in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
