Keh Soon Yong

Keh Soon Yong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as the Senior Vice President of Services and Digital at Nera Telecommunications Ltd starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Configure Price Quote at NTT from August 2020 to January 2023, where they were responsible for global process standardization and system requirements.

From August 2017 to April 2020, Keh Soon Yong served as the Head of Digital Proposal Centre (APAC) at NTT, leading the center's growth from 6 founding members to 90 staff.

Before joining NTT, they held various roles at Dimension Data. They were the Head of Professional Services from October 2014 to August 2017 and the Head of Solution Consultant from February 2009 to September 2014. Additionally, they served as a Pre-Sales Consultant and a Sales Specialist at Dimension Data.

Prior to their time at Dimension Data, Keh Soon Yong worked as a Solution Architect and Consultant at Dimension Data from 2003 to 2006. They also have experience as a Network Consultant at Mesiniaga Berhad, a Network/Project Manager at LifeTech Group, and a Network Engineer at GITN Sdn Berhad.

Keh Soon Yong holds a Master of Data Science degree from the University of Malaya, which was obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Keh Soon Yong has obtained various certifications including Analytic Edge from edX, Foundations of Strategic Business Analytics and Foundations of Marketing Analytics from ESSEC Business School through Coursera, Microsoft Applied Machine Learning and Microsoft Professional Program Data Science Certificate from edX, Statistical Thinking for Data Science and Analytics from ColumbiaX through edX, and also holds a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert certification from Cisco.
