Paul Palmer

Science Director Of The NERC National Centre For Earth Observation at NERC: Natural Environment Research Council

Paul Palmer began their work experience in 1999 as a Research Associate at Harvard University. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a University Research Fellow at the University of Leeds. In 2006, they joined The University of Edinburgh as a Lecturer and later became a Professor in 2009. In 2014, Palmer became the Science Director of the NERC National Centre for Earth Observation at NERC: Natural Environment Research Council.

Paul Palmer completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics at the University of Bristol from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics at the University of Oxford from 1995 to 1998.
