Aaron Poulton

Aaron Poulton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aaron currently holds the position of Product Manager at Nerd United, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Progressive Leasing as a Senior Delivery Manager from September 2021 to May 2022, and as a Delivery Manager from November 2018 to September 2021. Aaron also served as a Business Analyst from May 2017 to November 2018 in the same company.

Before their role at Progressive Leasing, Aaron worked at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. as an Operations IT Project Manager from March 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Vivint Solar as an IT Program Manager from March 2015 to March 2016.

Aaron has also gained valuable experience in the military. Aaron served in the Utah Army National Guard from 2010 to 2015, holding several roles including Battalion Communications Staff Officer (S6) - Signal Corps Officer, Brigade Communications Officer, Company Commander Signal Corps Officer, and Officer in Charge, Joint Incident Site Communications Capability, Homeland Response Force Region 8. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and coordinating communications systems and protocols, supporting military and first responder users, and developing and implementing communication plans and procedures.

Aaron Poulton began their education journey in 2004 at Utah Valley University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Aaron dedicated five years to this program, completing it in 2009. Following a break from formal education, Aaron attended DevMountain Web Development Boot Camp in the Fall 2014 Cohort. During this program, they focused on Front End Web-Development and obtained a completion certificate in Full-Stack Web Development. Finally, Aaron pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, enrolling from 2017 to 2018.
