Four decades. One standard: Quality.

Nergal Project Consultancy is a family-owned defense and firearms consultancy headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, with 43 years of deep industry expertise and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

We bridge the gap between legacy craftsmanship and modern manufacturing. Through long-term exclusive agreements with Turkey's leading handgun, rifle, and shotgun manufacturers, we provide:

* Pistols, rifles, shotguns, and bespoke niche firearm projects
* End-to-end quality and process control services
* Project-based firearm production tailored to client specifications
* Procurement support with full quality assurance oversight

Our clients trust us not just for what we supply, but for how we work. We stay involved at every stage: production, quality control, and delivery. That hands-on approach is what turns a transaction into a long-term partnership.

At Nergal, quality is not a feature. It is the foundation.
