Rossana Ju-shan Hu is a founding partner and design principal at Neri&Hu Design and Research Office and also holds the position of founding partner and COO at Design Republic. Currently, Rossana Ju-shan is a visiting professor at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Yale University. With previous experience as a senior designer at Michael Graves Architecture & Design and a designer and project manager at The Architects Collaborative, Rossana Ju-shan brings a wealth of knowledge to their role. Rossana holds a master's degree in architecture from Princeton University and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Neri&Hu works internationally providing architecture, interior, master planning, graphic, and product design services.
