Sarah Saunders is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Manicurist at Neroli Salon & Spa since September 2020, Sarah's prior experience includes significant roles at Apple Leisure Group from April 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Revenue Management to Contact Center Supervisor for Premium Top Accounts. In these roles, Sarah effectively managed teams, resolved customer escalations, and analyzed financial reports. Achievements include winning the Customer Care Award in 2015 for Central Florida's Circle of Excellence. Sarah's earlier experience also includes positions as an Assistant Manager at Starbucks and an Administrative Assistant at ReMax 100. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art with a focus on Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institutes and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
