Rather than diagnosing problems from the outside or relying on surface fixes, we help leaders examine how interpretation, relationships, authority, and coordination are shaping current results in practice. Our work is guided by the Systemic Inquiry Lens (SIL), a visible method for examining organizational dynamics through four domains: collective sensemaking, relational architecture, authority and agency, and patterns of coordination. Through this work, organizations strengthen four conditions for sustained performance: clarity, coherence, capability, and continuity.  ￼  ￼
